Three crispy white corn taquitos filled with shredded chicken thighs, served with chicken stock made with carrots, zucchini, and celery. Garnished with shredded lettuce, Mexican crema, and crumbled queso fresco.

Mexican telera bread, Mexican head cheese, mayonnaise, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, avocado, and white onions, garnished with pickled vegetables.

Three melted jack cheese taco shells filled with guajillo chile marinated shredded pork, topped with salsa Macha, a rich chile oil from Veracruz, Mexico, made from variations of dried chiles, garlic, nuts and seeds (peanut, sesame and pumpkin seeds) fried in oil, chopped white onion and cilantro.
