Popular along the coast of Baja, three flour tortillas topped with tempura battered Halibut, topped with our lime marinated sliced red & green cabbage, pico de gallo, and jalapeño mayo.

Chile Relleno De Camaron / $13 

Large roasted pasilla pepper filled with shrimp in a white wine cream sauce, pico de gallo and shredded jack cheese, garnished with chopped cilantro and dried chile oil.

Ensalada Mayahuel  /  $10

Mixed greens lettuce tossed in roasted pistachio vinaigrette, sliced grapefruit, jicama, sunflower
seeds, and topped with crunchy string sweet potato.

Ceviche Mixto Sinaloense /  $14

Shrimp, bay scallops and halibut marinated in lime juice, roasted dried chile oil, and soy sauce. Mixed with pico de gallo, sliced radish, avocado, red onion, and cucumber.

Huarache Verde / $11 ​ ​

Named after the Mexican sandal, our green masa-based huarache is topped with a layer of black
bean paste, shredded queso Oaxaca, al pastor adobe cauliflower and potato. Garnished with sliced
red & green cabbage, avocado salsa, crema Mexicana, crumbled queso fresco, and garnished sliced
watermelon radish. (Add Carne Asada or Al Pastor $3)

Entomatadas / $13

Four organic corn tortillas bathed in housemade tomato sauce and filled with your choice of meat, topped with sliced red & green cabbage, crumbled queso fresco, crema Mexicana and garnished with sliced watermelon radish.

Tacos Toreados / $13

Three blue corn tortillas topped with shrimp sautéed in our toreada sauce (worchestire, white onion, jalapeño and lime juice) and pico de gallo. Topped with lime marinated sliced red & green cabbage, sliced avocado, and watermelon radish.

Coctel De Camaron /  $13

Shrimp in its stock, clamato, ketchup, lime juice with chopped red onion, avocado, tomato, cilantro,
jalapeño, and cucumber. Served with corn chips.

Molcajete De Alambre /  $14

Carne asada, chopped bacon, chorizo, sliced red and green bell peppers, onions, in a tomatillo salsa
with melted queso Oaxaca in a sizzling molcajete bowl. Served with corn tortillas and garnished
with a jalapeño toreado and a slice of lime..
