Three crispy tostadas topped with shrimp mixed with aguachile sauce (lime juice blended with chiles, onion, and cilantro), cucumber, red onion, chipotle dressing and dried chile oil, topped with sliced avocado.

Torta Faldilla  / $17.00

Telera bread, spread with pork beans, layered with marinated carne asada, guacamole, onion, cilantro, Oaxaquen cheese, and our new roasted tomato salsa.  Served with pickled red onions.    

Empanadas de Birria  / $14.00

Three corn masa empanadas stuffed with our beef Birria (slow cooked shredded beef in dried chile and spices) and jack cheese.  Topped with Mexican crema, avocado salsa, served with pickled red onion and a rich consomé.  

Tamalito de Rajas con Pollo   / $12.00

Shredded chicken cooked in a chunky tomato, onion, jalapeño, and garlic sauce stuffed tamal on top of salsa ranchera base.  Topped with sauteed sweet corn and poblano chiles, crumbled queso fresco and Mexican crema.

Two large thick masa discs with a chorizo refried bean base, smothered with pork cooked in green chile sauce made with tomatillo, cilantro, and jalapeno.  Topped with shredded lettuce, crumbled queso fresco, Mexican crema and radish.

Triangle shaped masa fritters filled with Oaxaquen cheese, sauteed mushrooms, spinach, and epazote herb on top of a yellow mole sauce.  Topped with sliced red and green cabbage marinated in a cilantro lime vinaigrette, avocado sauce, crema Mexicana, and garnished with radish.

SIKIL PAK / $14.00

Fried cauliflower served atop sikil pak, a roasted sunflower seed, garlic, tomato and habanero dip. Topped with pickled habanero, jicama, sliced radish, and sunflower seeds. Topped with chile oil. 

Burrito del Mar / $18

Large flour tortilla wrapped and filled with shrimp, rice, black beans, and pico de gallo and topped with a white wine cream sauce, chopped cilantro, crumbled queso fresco, chile oil, and avocado slices.

Burrito Bowl - Encuerado  / $14.00

A burrito without the tortilla!  Your choice of tinga de pollo, carnitas, cauliflower & potato al pastor or spinach and mushroom mix.  Served with rice, black beans, pico de gallo and pickled onions. Our tamales are made with non GMO whole corn masa flour processed without preservatives or additives.

Corn masa with your favorite filling, steamed in corn husks or banana leaves, served with pickled onion, green tomatillo and roasted tomato salsas.

OAXAQUEÑO / $7.75

Traditional Oaxacan preparation. Creamy, twice cooked white corn masa filled with freshly prepared meats and vegetables. Steamed in a banana leaf.

Specialty of the state of Yucatán. Slow roasted pork in citrus juices, ​achiote, and a variety of ​spices.

 

MOLE NEGRO

Chicken cooked with traditional black mole.
