Tacos de Chilorio / $14.99

This dish is rooted from the small town of Mocorito, with a history of over 300 years.  Three flour tortillas topped with braised shredded pork cushion in chilorio sauce made with dried guajillo, ancho, chipotle peppers, herbs and spices. Topped with pickled white onions and cilantro. 

Huarache Verde / $11.99

Named after the Mexican sandal, our green masa-based huarache is topped with a layer of black bean paste, shredded queso Oaxaca, and your choice of one of the following: tinga de pollo, carnitas garnished with sliced red & green cabbage, avocado salsa, crema Mexicana, queso fresco and sliced watermelon radish.  (Add Carne Asada or Al Pastor $3) 

Torta de Cochinita  / $14.99

Cochinita Pibil (slow roasted pork in citric juices and achiote) lime mayo, queso Oaxaca,shredded lettuce, refried pork beans and sliced avocado on toasted telera bread.  Served with pickled red onions and vegetable escabeche.

Enchiladas Suizas / $14.99

Originating in Mexico City, the name “Swiss enchiladas” is attributed to the amount of cheese and cream that resembles the Swiss Alps. Three enchiladas stuffed with white chicken meat and topped with a tomatillo cream sauce, queso Manchego, pickled red onions, crema, and served with pork beans.

Tostadas de Salpicon / $13.99

Salpicón, the Spanish word that comes from the verb “salpicar,” or “to sprinkle,” is used to describe our diced ingredients mixed into one. Three crispy corn tortillas topped with lime mayo, shredded beef, mixed with cabbage, pico de gallo, and pickled onions. Sprinkled with queso fresco, avocado salsa, and crema.

Ceviche Mixto Sinaloense / $13.99

Shrimp, bay scallops and Halibut marinated in lime juice, roasted dried chile oil, and soy sauce.  Mixed with pico de gallo, sliced radish, avocado, red onion, cucumber and tostadas.

Fried cauliflower served atop sikil pak, a roasted sunflower seed, garlic, tomato and habanero dip. Topped with pickled habanero, jicama, sliced radish, and sunflower seeds. Topped with chile oil. 

Burrito del Mar / $15.99

Large flour tortilla wrapped and filled with shrimp, rice, black beans, and pico de gallo and topped with a white wine cream sauce, chopped cilantro, crumbled queso fresco, chile oil, and avocado slices.

Burrito Bowl - Encuerado  / $12.99

A burrito without the tortilla!  Your choice of tinga de pollo, carnitas, cauliflower & potato al pastor or spinach and mushroom mix.  Served with rice, black beans, pico de gallo and pickled onions. Traditional Oaxacan preparation. Creamy, twice cooked white corn masa filled with freshly prepared meats and vegetables. Steamed in a banana leaf.
