Three chile corn tortillas topped with shrimp sauteed in chipotle adobo, pico de gallo and shredded jack cheese.  Topped with sliced onions and sliced radishes.

POZOLE VERDE / $13

Guerrero Mexico inspired green herb stew made of chicken stock, poblano chiles, jalapeños, tomatillos, and cilantro. Served with chicken thighs and hominy. Topped with shredded lettuce, sliced radish, avocado, chopped cilantro, onions, tostadas, and lime wedges.

HUARACHE BLANCO / $13

Named after the Mexican sandal, our potato and jack cheese masa-based huarache is topped with a layer of black bean paste, and your choice of protein. Garnished with sliced red & green cabbage, avocado salsa, and Mexican crema.  (Add Carne Asada or Al Pastor $3)

TORTA DE CHORIZO Y PAPA / $13

Mexican telera bread, pork bean spread,  homemade pork chorizo cooked with diced potatoes, salsa macha, shredded lettuce, Oaxacan cheese,  sliced tomato, avocado, and pickled white onion.

ENCHILADAS SUIZAS / $15

Originating in Mexico City, the name “Swiss enchiladas” is attributed to the amount of cheese and cream that resembles the Swiss Alps. Three enchiladas stuffed with tinga de pollo, and topped with a tomatillo cream sauce, queso Manchego, pickled red onions, crema, and served with pork beans

CARNE EN SU JUGO / $15

This dish is famous in the state of Jalisco, and means meat cooked in its own juice.  Steak cooked in its juices with pinto beans, and green tomatillo salsa.  Topped with bacon bits, sliced radish, chopped onion, and cilantro.  Accompanied with warm corn tortillas and lime wedge.

TACOS MACHA / $15

Three Carne Asada tacos topped with pico de gallo and accompanied with pickled white onions and salsa Macha, a rich chile oil from Veracruz, Mexico, made from variations of dried chiles, garlic, nuts and seeds (peanut, sesame and pumpkin seeds) fried in oil and finely chopped. 

SOPA DE COLIFLOR / $10

Cream of cauliflower soup cooked with chicken stock, garlic, onion, heavy cream and jack cheese.  Garnished with crispy tortilla strips, chile oil, and diced queso fresco.
