ENCHILADAS POTOSINAS  / $12

Chile Guajillo infused corn masa, filled with garlic & jalapeño requeson a “mild Mexican cottage cheese”.  Topped with red and green cabbage salad, Mexican cream, creamy avocado salsa, garnished with radish.

POLLO EN PIPIAN VERDE / $16

Our version of a prehispanic dish.  Chicken thighs cooked and smothered with Pipian verde, a pumpkin seed mole containing over 20 ingredients including peanuts and sesame seeds.  Topped with black sesame seeds, garnished with radish, and served with tortillas and Mexican rice. 

AGUACHILE  / $15

Halibut and shrimp, cured and cooked in lime juice, mixed with sliced cucumbers, red onion and aguachile “chili water” made of lime juice blended with cilantro, garlic, and serrano peppers.  Topped with sliced avocado, chili oil, and served with corn tostadas, garnished with radish.

GORDITA DE CARNITAS/ $12

Corn and potato masa filled with our carnitas and shredded jack cheese, topped with black bean paste, shredded lettuce, Mexican cream, garnished with radish.

TORTA DE MILANESA  / $15

A savory Mexican bread “Telera” with refried pork bean spread, sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado, breaded and fried skirt steak carne asada, shredded lettuce, and shiraishi mustard mayo.  Served with pickled escabeche.

TACOS DE CAMARON A LA DIABlA / $15

Three chile blend tortillas topped with sautéed shrimp, sliced red, green, and yellow peppers, onions in our diabla sauce (made with dried chili morita, garlic, and tomato).  Topped with sliced avocado. 

Ensalada de Jicama y Sandia con vinagreta al tequila / $13

Spring mix, chopped jicama, watermelon, sliced cucumber, and salted roasted peanuts, tossed with our tequila vinaigrette made with lime juice, blanco tequila, agave syrup, and olive oil.

Three rolled corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken and smothered in our green tomatillo sauce, topped with shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, crumbled cotija cheese and Mexican cream, garnished with radish.
