Guerrero Mexico inspired green stew made of chicken stock, poblano chiles, jalapenos, tomatillos, and cilantro. Served with shredded chicken and tri-colored hominy. Topped with shredded cabbage slaw, pork cracklings, sliced radish, avocado, chopped cilantro, onions, chile oil, and lime wedges. Served with tostadas. 

TACOS DIABLA / $13

Trio of Three Sisters blue corn tortillas filled with chile adobo diabla marinaded carne asada, pico de gallo, and shredded queso Oaxaca. Topped with avocado salsa, crema Mexicana, chopped onion, cilantro and sliced radish. Served with a lime wedge.

CARNE EN SU JUGO / $14

This dish is famous in the state of Jalisco, and means meat cooked in its own juice. Carne asada cooked in its juices with pinto beans, and tomatillo salsa. Topped with bacon bits, sliced radish, chopped onion, and cilantro. Accompanied with warm corn tortillas and lime wedge. 

TORTA DE BARBACOA / $13

Ancho and guajillo chile marinated slow roasted shredded beef, chopped onion, cilantro, sliced avocado, shredded queso Oaxaca and black bean paste. Served on a bolillo roll served with escabeche and lime wedge. 

TLACOYOS / $12

Thick oval-shaped corn dough tortilla, filled with requeson cheese. Topped with sliced nopalitos (cactus), pico de gallo, avocado salsa, queso fresco, and sliced radish.

Our take on the gorditas of the state of Colima. Crispy thick tortillas filled with queso Oaxaca al pastor. Topped with your choice of filling, shredded red and green cabbage, avocado salsa, Mexican crema, queso fresco, and sliced radish.

Four corn tortillas filled with your choice of filling, smothered with a creamy potato sauce. Topped with queso fresco, chorizo rojo, brussels sprout leaves, green onions, Mexican crema, sliced radish, and chile oil.
