Colima's pork and hominy soup!  Chunks of pork and hominy in a clear and rich pork broth cooked with garlic and spices.  Topped with cabbage mix, diced red onion, and garnished with sliced avocado, radishes, lime wedge, tostadas and a unique hot sauce on the side.

Traditional Oaxacan preparation. Creamy, twice cooked white corn masa filled with freshly prepared meats and vegetables. Steamed in a banana leaf.
