Our a la carte catering menu is designed with our customers in mind. We’ve taken our most popular catering menu items to bring you a taste of Tamale Boy. Our menu offers a combination of classic Tamale Boy favorites for which we’re known, as well as many creative inspirations from regions throughout Mexico. If you are hosting a sit down or formal event, we also offer full service catering and staffing.

A 20% gratuity fee will be added to all catering orders. Gratuities are shared among all who helped prepare and execute your order.

ENSALADA DE NOPALES:

Fresh cactus served with pico de gallo, onion, and cilantro. Tossed in a lime and chile oil dressing. Topped with queso fresco.

ENSALADA MAYAHUEL:

Mixed greens with roasted pistachio vinaigrette, sliced grapefruit, jicama, and pumpkin seeds. Topped with crunchy sweet potato strips.

SOPA FRIA DE POBLANO:

Our take on pasta salad! Elbow pasta tossed with our creamy housemade poblano sauce and chopped pineapple. Topped with queso fresco.

TAMALES OAXAQUEÑOS      $60/DOZEN 

Traditional Oaxacan preparation. Creamy, twice cooked white corn masa filled with freshly prepared meats and vegetables. Steamed in a banana leaf. All tamales are gluten free. Our tamales are made with non GMO whole corn masa flour processed without preservatives or additives.

Choice of one type of filling per dozen.

Shredded beef cooked in our housemade mole amarillo.

COCHINITA PIBIL:

Natural slow roasted pork in citrus juices and spices.

MOLE NEGRO:

Natural chicken cooked with traditional black mole.

Traditional Northern Mexican preparation. Made with fluffy yellow corn masa and filled with freshly prepared meats and vegetables. Steamed in a corn husk. All tamales are gluten free. Our tamales are made with non GMO whole corn masa flour processed without preservatives or additives.

Choice of one type of filling per 12-piece order.

12 piece minimum. One-pound burritos filled with your favorite filling listed above as well as rice, whole black beans, pico de gallo, and shredded Jack cheese.​

ENCHILADAS POTOSINAS $72/24 PIECES

Similar to an empanada in shape and structure and made with red chile ground in the masa. Our Enchiladas Potosinas are made with non GMO whole corn masa flour processed without preservatives or additives.
